If you receive incorrect item/products or if your item(s) are missing or damaged please contact Fox’s Spy Outlet via email as soon as you receive your order.
No returned merchandise will be accepted under any circumstance that does not have an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued from Fox's Spy Outlet clearly written on the outside of the box or package.
We will make certain that your order is corrected, refilled, or replaced.
Opened software, videos, DVDs, and CDs are returnable for exact replacement only due to defective merchandise.
All exchanged /returned merchandise must be in original factory/shipped condition.
Including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories including software and original wire ties and plastic bags.
Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box, paper work or manual included with the item.
Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box.
Items returned under warranty without a shipping box may be charged a fee.
You are responsible for any shipping charges to return merchandise unless the item is defective upon original receipt.
Express or Expedited shipping is an additional cost and varies depending on conditions. Please call store at 916-388-1750 if you need expedited shipping.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Must be a physical address.
