Method of Payment
Cashier’s check, money order, personal and company checks are accepted. Please allow 10-15 days for personal
and company checks to clear. COD orders are accepted for items we have in stock, nothing exceeding $500.00.
Must pay for COD orders with cashiers check or money order. $5.00 charge for COD.
Ordering
To order by mail, send in a completed order form in the back of your catalog and include proper payment. You may
also order by phone. You must be at least 21 years old to order.
Export
Some items in catalog are intended for export only. Some items are not exportable and will not be exported without
the expressed written approval of the U.S. State Department. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain the proper
licensing and pay for necessary custom’s fees.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service, unless other arrangements are made. (For Next Day Air or 2nd Day
Air, charges will be based on the weight of the package.)
Warranty
We warranty items against manufacture defects for 90 days. Some products have longer manufacturer’s warranty.
We will repair or replace product within 90 days at no charge, providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or
alteration.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All product merchandise is non-refundable. Therefore, all sales are final. Credit will be given toward the exchange of
a defective item of the same or similar model. This includes special order items as well.
Legal Status of Product
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the
possession and use of any item in this catalog. Certain products may not be sold to minors. By placing an order, the
buyer represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner, and the buyer signifies agreement to
these Terms of Sale: The purchaser also represents and warrants that he/she will neither use nor authorize the use
of the products(s) by or make available to other persons that will use or apply them in matters that are illegal and/or
unauthorized. The purchaser will defend, indemnify, and hold Fox’s Spy Outlet harmless for any claims and actions
(including legal and court fees) brought against Fox’s Spy Outlet in connection with any such illegal or unauthorized
use.

Some products may not be immediately available and will require a special order process. In some cases a delay of
1-8 days should be anticipated depending on the item requested. Due to restrictions in some states, some products
listed in this catalog may not be available at all store locations.
